Description and details

Incorrect filter orientation. I.E. X and Y axis are mixed up.

How to reproduce

Filter->Other->Custom

input the mask

0 0 0 0 0

0 0 0 0 1

0 0 0 0 0

The image will be shifted up two pixels, not left as it should be.
