Description and details

Icorrect constrain proportions functionality.

Image dimentions after resizing do not correspond to the specified width/height values in the image size dialog box.

How to reproduce

In the image size dialog box with the cheked "Constrain prorotions" check box, chenge the width value. The hight value will be automatically changed. Then uncheck the "Constrain prorotions" check box and check it again. The values of width and height will be chaged to the initial ones. Apply the resizing.

The picture will be resized in spite of we had the original dimentions in the dialog box.
